Zero Waste Mission

Our mission is to think about problems of 2050 and create opportunities to solve them in 2017.
In the beginning of September we start with 1st workshop edition. Mentors and authorities together with the participants will debate about 3 of the biggest problems of future of gastronomy; unsustainable food, wasted materials and non-conscious approach for use of energy and resources of cities.

By analysis of those issues students will work on concepts like:
– Sustainable food (R&D of edible materials)
– Smart materials (ecological thinking & biomaterials)
– Social/urban (sharing economy & probiotics)
