Parametrical Pasta

Research, Product and Food Design Project Using Pasta and Parametrical Design.

Parametric Design is a process based on algorithmic thinking that enables the expression of parameters and rules that together define, encode and clarify the relationship between design intent and design response.

Parametrical pasta design is a paradigm in Food Design where complex geometrical structures are created altering different mathematical parameters. Through this technique we develop a sensorial experiment that enhances the textures, flavours and perception of pasta, in this case, lasagne.

Objectives

-Investigate Justerini & Brooks brand.
-Investigate the whisky market.
-Create a new ways to consume whisky.
